Requests for Proposals

The City of Medford is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development of a 4.4 acre parcel of land located on the east side of Progressive Avenue (Parcel #251-01933-0002). The affordable housing development may cover the entire 4.4 acre parcel of land or any part thereof. The project should compliment the surrounding environment.

All submissions must be sealed, clearly labeled and should include the Request for Proposals response title, developers name, address and contact information.

Submissions must be received at the Clerks office no later than noon on Friday, February, 12 2021.
